Barnes Complex Batting Cages The Barnes Complex Batting Cages are northern Colorado’s most complete outdoor batting cage facility. It features six slowpitch softball, two fastpitch softball, and four baseball stations with three speeds! The cages may be used for 20-pitch increments, or rented for half-hour or hourly rates. More information can be found here. Barnes Complex Fields Fields one through four are located centrally in the complex, and are nearest to the north parking lot with access from the 405 S. Cleveland Avenue address. Fields five and six are located on the west side of the complex, and are nearest to the west parking lots with access from the 700 S. Railroad Avenue address. Fields seven through ten are located at the south end of the complex, and are nearest to the south parking lot with access from Highway 287 at the 195 Old Fairgrounds Drive address. These ballfields are used primarily for internal programming (City of Loveland Adult Athletics Softball Leagues) during the week, and for tournaments or special events on weekends. You may see the tournament schedule online here. The fields are opened up for public rentals on dates which are not already booked for internal uses.
