There will be four categories for the contest: Girls age 0-2, Girls age 3-4, Boys age 0-2 and Boys age 3-4. Contestants will be walked across the stage alone, or if unable to walk, by their parent or legal guardian, and judges will vote for the top winners in each category. Winners in each category will be given a prize as per the official contest rules.
Participants MUST check in at the Rialto Theater no later than 10:30AM on February 10, or they will not be allowed to participate in the contest. No refunds will be given for participants who fail to arrive on time.

By entering your child(ren) into the 2024 Little Miss and Mr. Cupid Contest (“Contest”) being held at the Rialto Theater Center (“Venue”) on February 10, 2024, you (“Contestant”) hereby enter into a contract with the CITY OF LOVELAND, Colorado (“City”) and agree to the terms and regulations as outlined below.
Photo and Video: By participating in this contest, all contestants and their guests consent to the use of their image and likeness in photography and video for use by Visit Loveland/The City of Loveland for marketing purposes.
Indemnification: Contestant assumes all responsibility, risk, and liability associated with the Contest including all losses, costs, charges, penalties, obligations, expenses, attorneys’ fees, litigation, judgments, damages, claims, and demands of any kind whatsoever incurred or in connection with the actions of Contestant and its agents, including without limitation performers, technicians, and others. Contestant agrees to indemnify, defend, save and hold City, its elected officials, employees, volunteers, and agents harmless from any and all such liability, losses, costs, charges, penalties, obligations, expenses, attorneys’ fees, litigation, judgments, damages, claims, and demands of any kind whatsoever incurred or in connection with the actions of the Contestant and its agents hereunder. This paragraph shall survive the termination or expiration of this Contract.
Governmental Immunity Act: No term or condition of this Contract shall be construed or interpreted as a waiver, express or implied, of any of the notices, requirements, immunities, rights, benefits, protections, limitations of liability, and other provisions of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 24-10-101 et seq. and under any other applicable law.
Compliance with Laws: Contestant shall comply with all applicable laws including, without limitation, the following:
Force Majeure: Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, in the event and to the extent that fire, flood, earthquake, natural catastrophe, explosion, accident, riot, terrorist attack, war, illegality, epidemic, or any other cause beyond the control of the parties hereto delays or prevents Contest by either party, City has the right to cancel the Contest and will refund the Contestant admission cost and fees paid through EventBrite.
Refunds: Contestant can cancel online on their EventBrite account up to two (2) days prior to Contest for a full refund minus EventBrite’s fees. No refunds will be issued less than two (2) days before the Contest. No refunds will be issued for a no-show or cancellation outside the cancellation window as stated above. If the event is cancelled for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund.
Choice of Law: This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and venue shall be in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado. Contestant acknowledges that the City is a governmental entity subject to indemnification constraints under Colorado law by the constitution, statutes, and rules and regulations of the State of Colorado and the City’s Charter and Code.
Miscellaneous: This Contract contains the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and, except as provided herein, may not be modified or amended except by written agreement of the parties. Any contract, addendum, exhibit, rider or other attachment term or provision relating to confidentiality shall be subject to the Colorado Open Records Act. In the event a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of this Contract invalid or unenforceable, such holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision of this Contract. Contestant shall not assign this Contract without City’s prior written consent.
